Erin L – Online Mentor

Erin is the Sr. Manager of Salesforce Customer Success at Enterprise Community Partners in Columbia, MD. She built her first application in 2010, and joined the Enterprise team in 2012. While Salesforce is her tool of choice, her real passion is customer service and creating a user experience that empowers people to do their jobs better. Her favorite catch phrase is Upward and Onward!

This challenge calls to the traveler in all of us. We want to travel to a far away land and have an authentic experience. The Royal Brigade is working on a solution to make your wish a reality by connecting you to a local based on specified criteria. Then, your guide can show you the city, their way.

Mark is the Managing Director, APAC for roomsXML, he manages sales, marketing, and distribution in Australia. Recently, he has begun work on global business process optimisation and refining their performance targets and customer service levels. As part of his job, he enjoys the unique people, challenges, circumstances, events, cultures, and personalities he comes across.

Shrav is the CEO of DataColada, with strong experience in running high-performance sales, pre-sales and professional services businesses across the APAC region. Apart from this, he is also a passionate supporter of and an ambassador for World Education Australia (WEAL). His ability to stay calm and composed even in the midst of a turmoil serves him well in all situations.

Challenge Statement – Ride

Which one of us doesn’t use ride sharing services to get from place to place? However, we are quite uncertain of these services during the night or for car pools. Parikrama will ideate for this challenge and create a solution to encourage ride sharing in a closed community.

A creative, hands-on leader and coach, Gurpreet has deep expertise in conceptualization, design, and development of software products and systems. He has worked on software products for both startups, and Fortune 500 companies. Gurpreet has been a change leader, and was responsible for process improvement, development of new processes, and facilitating cultural change in multiple organizations.

Challenge Statement – Visitors

This challenge caters mainly to the ease of access to different buildings. We generally face long lines while entering a premise. The Spartans are asked with creating a platform that allows users to build their profile and save it for quick access.

An early adopter of cloud, mobile and social technologies, Pradip pioneered digital strategies that have been recognized by MIT and CIO Magazine. A technology evangelist, mentor, and advisory board member, he has delivered keynote addresses; spoken to large audiences and served on expert panels in the USA, Europe, Asia and Australia.
